Du durchläufst unser Tool DCI zur Analyse des digitalen Mindsets. Damit lernst du zum einen unser Produkt kennen, zum anderen lernen wir dich und dein Mindset besser kennen.
#3 Interview (remote oder vor Ort)
In this meeting, your future Leader takes a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. You can expect questions on how knowledgeable you are in the business or technology area.
#4 Vertragsunterschrift
Herzlichen Glückwunsch, du wirst Teil unseres Teams! Nach Vertragsunterschrift beginnt dein Onboarding Prozess (dieser startet bei uns schon vor deinem ersten Arbeitstag).
